There are many small changes you can make to your environment that will set you up for success. Here are some ideas from our members:
- Remove all of the alcoholic beverages from your house
- Buy some non-alcoholic beverages that you like and stock your refrigerator with them at eye level
- Create a healthy habits room in your house where you'll go to start a new habit like exercising or journaling
- Put your running shoes, yoga mat, or other exercise gear in front of your door, so you can't leave the house without taking it with you
- Buy or borrow a book you're looking forward to reading, and put it on your living room table
